Fantastisk produkt

Fantastisk produkt.

Questions about steel glasses and mugs

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Will the steel break if dropped?

No, not from an ordinary fall. Stainless steel won't shatter if dropped on the floor. That makes the steel glasses, cups and mugs ideal for the everyday table, the terrace, picnics and camping trips alike.

What's the material?

The wine glasses, cups and mugs are made of 304 stainless steel, tested for food contact to the German LFGB standard. The mugs also have a black finish, which gives them a calm look on the table.

What's the capacity?

The wine glass holds 500 ml, the cup 580 ml and the mug 300 ml. All three come singly or in sets of four, so there's enough for the whole table. The 550 ml double-walled wine glass is a model of its own.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault appears, write to us through the claims portal with a short description and a photo or video, and our claims team will help you from there.

What if it's not for me?

You have 100 days to return it, even if you've used it. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal, get a free return label and your money back once we've received the item.
