Put the food in the container or bag, place the little pump on top and press. After a few seconds the air is out, and food keeps fresh for longer in the fridge and freezer. One pump fits both glass containers and bags.

What can I vacuum-pack?

Leftovers, meat, vegetables and fruit in the fridge, and rice, pasta and other dry goods in the cupboard. The bags are good for meat, veg and sauce in the freezer, while the glass containers suit leftovers you'll heat up again.

Do I need the vacuum pump?

Yes, the pump is what draws the air out. It fits both the glass containers and the vacuum bags, so you only need one. The pump runs on 4 AA batteries, which aren't included. Many of our sets come with the pump.

Microwave and freezer safe?

The glass container can go in the microwave, but take the lid off first, as the lid isn't microwave-safe. Both glass and lid can go in the freezer, so you can freeze leftovers and heat them up in the same container.

Can I reuse the vacuum bags?

Yes. Hand wash the bag in warm water with a little soap, and let it dry completely before using it again. The bags are BPA-free, freezer-safe and have a label where you can write the contents and date.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault appears, write to us through the claims portal with a short description and a photo or video, and our claims team will help you from there.

What if it's not for me?

You have 100 days to return it, even if you've used it. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal, get a free return label and your money back once we've received the item.
