Questions about the anti-spill lid

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Contact us

How does it stop boil-overs?

Lay it on top of the pot when you put the water on for pasta, potatoes or soup. The lid helps keep the foam in the pot, so you don't have to stand by the dial the whole time. It fits pots and pans up to 26 cm.

Can I steam vegetables with it?

Yes. When it isn't being used as a lid, it can be used as a steamer insert for vegetables, fish and plenty more. The silicone is soft and flexible, so the lid is easy to tuck away in a drawer afterwards.

Which pots does it fit?

The lid measures 28 cm across and sits on top of pots and pans up to 26 cm. It is soft and flexible and weighs around 300 g, so it rests lightly on the pot.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it in warm water with a little mild soap, and use a soft sponge if anything is stuck on. The silicone is soft and flexible, so you can bend it a little to reach every edge. Let it dry fully before it goes in the drawer.

When will I get my lids?

We pack your order within 24 hours, and then it reaches you within 1–2 working days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel is sent, so you can follow where it is.

What if it doesn't fit?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it doesn't fit, or it's just not for you, send it back with a free return label and get your money back. That applies even if you've used it.
