Questions about the chopping board set

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Do the boards smell of onion and garlic?

The surface is made to resist smells, stains and moisture, so the boards don't easily hold on to the smell of onion, garlic and herbs. Rinse them with warm water and a little soap after use, and let them dry fully.

What sizes are in the set?

The set has three boards at 40 x 30, 35 x 25 and 30 x 20 cm, all 2 cm thick. Use the smallest for a lemon or a few herbs, and the largest when there's veg and meat to chop for the whole family.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty, and it covers both the product's shape and structure. If a fault appears, make a claim through our claims portal. Describe the fault and attach a photo or video, and we'll get back to you by email.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal and get a free return label. Your money comes back once we've received the item, even if it's been used.
