Do I need soap?

No, water is enough. Wet the sponge and rub lightly on burnt-on grease and stains. The fine texture of the melamine lifts the dirt without any cleaning products. Rinse the pan afterwards, and it's ready again.

Which pans can I use it on?

The sponges are made for our ZERO pans and pots, where they lift burnt-on residue with just water. They're also fine for the Hybrid range. Rub lightly and let the sponge do the work, so both it and the pan last longer.
