Fantastisk maskin. Enkel å bruke, stille, varm og god kaffe og veldig anvendelig. Ved bruk av malt kaffe kan man kjøre vann gjennom kaffen flere ganger, som gir mer kaffe for pengene. Stilig og diskret på benken.

Can I use Nespresso capsules?

Yes, with the Nespresso adapter. The machine is built for three adapters: one for Dolce Gusto, one for Nespresso and one for your own ground coffee. Just swap the adapter for whatever you want to brew.

What cup sizes can I make?

With Nespresso and ground coffee you choose 30, 60 or 110 ml. With Dolce Gusto there are seven levels up to 220 ml. Hold the cup button down to set your own amount, and the machine remembers it for next time.

How hot is the coffee?

The water comes out at around 80 °C. That's hot enough to draw the flavour and aroma out of the coffee, but not so hot that you have to wait long before you can drink it.

Is the machine noisy?

No. It runs at around 60 dB while brewing, about the level of a normal conversation. You only hear it while the coffee is running into the cup, and the rest of the time it's quiet.

How do I descale the machine?

The machine reminds you after every 500 brews. Put descaler in the water tank, start the descaling programme, and let the machine take care of the rest on its own.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal and you'll get a free return label. You get your money back once we've received it.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault should appear, register the claim in our customer portal with a short description and a photo or video, and we'll help you from there.
