Questions about the utensils

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Can I use steel in my pans?

Yes. Non-sharp metal utensils are fine in all our frying pans and pots, both Hybrid and ZERO, because the surface is made to take them. Just avoid sharp tools like knives, which can scratch.

Can steel tools go in the air fryer?

We don't recommend it. The basket in our air fryers has a different kind of surface from the pans, so silicone, wooden or plastic utensils are the best choice there. It spares the coating, so it lasts longer.

Where's the best place to keep the utensils?

The utensils have a stainless steel core, so they can hang on a magnetic knife rack by the hob. That way they're right to hand when the food needs turning, and the drawer stays clutter-free.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal, get a free return label and get your money back once we've received the item. That applies even if you've used it.

How long is the warranty?

Most of our products come with a 2-year warranty. It covers shape, function and surface. If a fault appears, describe it in our claims portal with a photo or a video, and we'll help you from there.
